After 10 games we are placed 21st with only 9 points.

Before you all start bitchin' on about how well we've played, this is about the points we've have aquired. I think we can all agree this is not good enough.

Totally unaceptable. However since our first pre season friendly we have been very very poor. Time for some changes. Whether it is a clear out of players, chairman to get his cheque book out, better coaching team or a new manager we need some new impetus. More of the same and we will be going down

Well we've had a clear out and the chairman has had his chequebook out so it must be one of the others that needs trying.

I don't think we can argue about the chairman getting his cheque book out, but something is clearly very wrong. 4 home defeats in 5 and the only win being a struggle against Wycombe.

I'm not one for knee-jerk reactions, and I'm not always convinced a manager can be blamed for players being utter prats, but ill discipline is a problem that ultimately needs to be sorted by the manager.

It doesn't seem to me that the problems Slade highlighted after the Huddersfield game have actually been dealt with. This is a tricky one because yet another change of manager cannot be good for this club, but this situation is getting worse and worse. It's actually very baffling.

Clearly you have never heard of the transfer window.

I've not been a huge fan of the wave of manager changes since and including McGhee, but I'm not sure I know what excuse to give Slade. He's built a good proportion of the team/renewed contracts so is pretty much responsible for how things are panning out with the current squad. More worringly I don't hear him talking up an inspirational plan that will get us out of this mess. On current form it feels like the best we can hope to achieve is League One status at the end of the season...if we're lucky.

Our peformances on the whole have been OK, but that means nothing if you're not picking up points.

I'm starting to get a bit worried.

Murray is back, McNulty will be soon and the team has started to gell, we will do OK long term imo
