10-20 New NSCers Daily

The membership of this board has been creeping up every day by 10-20 people for months now, who are these people? Surely if you're an Albion fan and you've had a PC for a while one of the first things you do is search the net for a BHA message board. You can't tell me 10-20 Albion fans are either buying PCs daily or logging on at work for the first time on NSC. If anyone joining as a new member(not from the old NSC) in the last few months would care to clear up this almighty mystery I'd appreciate it.

The old board had about 1,500 members. I guess as we get into the season people who usually visit as guests register to give their opinion on certain subjects.

Also that figure is way out. I can provide stats if you want. It's about 30 a week.

I used to come in here sporadically from home as a guest, but was never that bothered about going on the net, seeing as the biscuit factory or the Hogshead was a better option when I got home from work!!!
Now that work decided to get an isdn link I feel it would be rude of me not to abuse it, particularly on such an excellent forum such as this one !!

Theres plenty of us who just read the threads. Slow internet connections out here mean logging in takes ages - I much preferred the old NSC (sorry!). Its taken 5 minutes to post this pearl of wisdom

Hi Kalimantan,

Where in Borneo are you, I spent the first two weeks of August in Sabah, it was absolutely amazing. Travelled across the country from Kota Kinabalu to Sandakan, taking in the usual sights of Mt Kinabalu, Poring, Sepilok and the Turtle Islands.

Met a couple from Brighton on the final part of the ascent to the summit of Mt Kinabalu, have to say that she was a bit loud and somewhat annoying but the bloke was an Albion fan. Have to say that it impressed me to find out that there was another Brighton fan on the mountain, I had expected him to say that he was a glory seeker, just goes to show that we have spread our influence all over the World.
