Yesterday was Flying Ant Day in Worthing too, there were 3 Seagulls working my road yesterday... And yes one nearly got smeared by a car.

Was definitely FAD in Uxbridge yesterday. Hundreds of them round the Intu shopping centre and no seagulls to mop them up. Nowt in Portslade today though.
Flying ants everywhere in Basingstoke yesterday.

Not quite flying ant day here today (although there were flying ants - landing on my car windscreen as we left Faversham for Narnia, or was it vice versa?). No, it is flying everything day. Mrs T has just re-homed two flying beetles. We have christened them George and Ringo (as they were a bit shit).
