Any ideas of how to stop this please. Before anybody ask I haven't been on any suspicious sights only NSC and bank today.

Oh l think NSC counts as suspicious enough personally.

That worked thank you I was able to install Malwarebytes free but have clicked on the 14 day free trial of the upgrade which is £49 per year, is it worth the outlay or are there free ones available as good.

cool.. Glad to have helped again. I like Malwarebytes and have typically only used the free version when needed. The free ones are ok, some good some bad. They are often quite heavy on CPU use so can be a a pain on older laptops. After the trial you can choose to keep the free version, this will probably be enough for you.

Is it worth having quality permanent virus protection? Ask again in 15 days when your free trial expires.

In my view, it’s essential.

From the subject:

You pres and hold the key with the arrow pointing upwards when pressing the letter you want as a capital. Hope this helps.

BG has been on ignore for a few months to protect my blood pressure. I get the gist of the thread though and hopefully by not opening his posts, I won't get the virus he has!

Ah but some threads are genuinely unmissable. I think we have the potential to go Gold here.

Edit : It's knocking the " Britain's Got Talent " thread into a cocked hat, even the thread about the local lass with chesticle enhancements is falling away...
