Always wondered why you were called Jack 5traw
Twenty odd years ago, I had a mobile phone contract with Vodafone. After a few years, they asked punters to manage their own account via the web. When I put in my DOB, it told me it was invalid. When I contacted Vodafone, they told me they couldn't do anything until I put in the date they had on their system ... but, for security reasons, couldn't tell me what it was.
I had to close my account and move elsewhere as it was a totally crazy system

With this thread and others, it does make you wonder how much user testing the club undertook during the summer before migrating to this new system.

I was being facetious! I meant the Number 6 as in the TV series ‘The Prisoner’ starring Patrick McGoohan.
