Intresting to see how this develops! Who would you sign for! Middlesbrough have been very active in the transfer market, spending £2m on a Spanish striker in the process!They could be thereabouts come next April! Obviously Sussex is a fine place to live,and we have top facilities now but not sure if that matters to footballers anymore,its other things ,mainly the poke!
Barber says the transfer window is as competitive as the Championship. We are toe to toe with the smog monsters. I reckon we could knock 500k off the asking price if we signed Adam WITHOUT the beard. Would he be the same player? No. But he could still do a good job in his beardless state. Boro get the unattached beard. Obviously.
