Generally try and do to others how I would like to be treated. Also think it's important to respect other peoples point of views , even if I don't personally agree. There is too much hard divide in society these days and a lot of it is avoidable.

100% this. Takes guts to say something like that. Admirably so. I too apologise and probably going to take a similar break shortly so I raise my ‘Ditto’ in your honour and will see you down the track as you say

Try to have multiple pillars in your life, whether that is family, friends, work, hobbies, the albion.
Have a sense of humour
Make time to do the things you enjoy, but not to the detriment of the things you have to do
Try and enjoy the things you have to do
Keep an open mind
Don't be too hard on yourself or take yourself too seriously
