Yup after a really close round one, Vegas put 7 past San Jose to take the series lead. In the Eastern Conference The Penguins come form 0-2 down to win 3-2 in just 4 minutes 49.

Nash is one of my most loathed players in the NHL. Lazy, Lightweight and overrated. Akin to burbatov in football. Looked great in a below average Blue Jackets side. Meh since.

I had a season ticket at MSG in 14/15 and he was one of the standout players for the Rangers. And that was a pretty good team.

Admit he’s been a bit rubbish since though which why I guess the Rangers got rid, but dangerous nonetheless.

Yup the Knights are finally beaten in the second period of overtime, 4-3. Mind you the Sharks had only lost one too and that was in the previous games against the Knights. Series now 1-1, I think this one could go all the way. In the evenings other game The Bruins hit the Lightning for six in their own bin.

So on Monday the Lightning levelled things up with the Bruins and the Knights won in o/t to take a 2-1 lead. Then last night The Caps won in Pittsburgh to go 2-1 up and the Jets won at home to also lead 2-1.

Well as we thought the Knights Sharks series looks like its set for seven, so far both teams have won big at home but also lost and both playoff records are now 6-2. In last nights other game the Lightning ease to a 2-1 series lead.

Watched the Caps, my second team after the Rangers, in their 4th game against the Penguins. Exciting game with the Penguins winning 3-1 and leveling the series at 2-2.

The second goal by the Penguins was subject to considerable scrutiny and eventually awarded after one of the camera angles showed the puck going over the line, and they got their 3rd in the final minute of the final period when the Caps had gone 'empty net'. This will now have to go to at least 6 games.

After being 0-2 down the Bruins rallied to 2-2 and then when they scored shorthanded to lead 3-2 they thought they had tied the series. Only to then concede and lose in overtime to give the Lightning a 3-1 lead. In the nights other game the Knights edged ahead.

The Penguins led the Caps 3-2 going into the last period but four goals without reply gives Washington the chance to wraps things up on Monday.

In the West three goals in 5 minutes in period two and a further two in the first six in period three gives Winnipeg a similar chance but at home on Monday.
