John van den Brom.

Brighton will concede 100 goals, but the man will get Locadia and AJ Golden boots.

A name who was linked before CH - Ralph Rangnick, current coach at RB Leipzig who is intending to move into an 'upstairs' role next season.

Highly experienced & respected coach with an impressive CV in Bundesliga. Was once shortlisted for Germany assistant manager to Klinsmann. It was a choice between him and Löw. He even knows the city. Could arouse his interest if approached. He was once a student at Sussex Uni and even played county league for Southwick. Not like he would need to google where Burnley or Middlesbrough is, then think, **** that, I'm not going there.

Where has Ruel Fox come from? Is he even in football still?

Has some international managerial experience, one of the new breed of highly rated young black coaches in the game. Hugely popular and respected in the football family, would be a popular choice amongst Albion and non Albion fans.

A lot of dross on that list

Like who? Maybe it will take a left field choice to get success. I personally feel Joe Kinnear has all the criteria needed.

Played for the club
Experienced in the premier league
Has managed massive clubs like Newcastle, Wimbledon and Nepal
Shows PASSION (swearing 70 times in his first press conference)
Signs players for amazing value*

*Claimed he signed Dean Holdsworth at Wimbledon for £50,000 (actually £650,000), sold Robbie Earle (retired a year after Kinnear left), signed goalkeeper Tim Krul when he was previously manager (actually signed by Graeme Souness three years prior) and has been awarded the LMA Manager of the Year award three times despite only winning the award once, he also claimed to have signed John Hartson on a free when he in fact paid £7.5 million for the striker.

Mark Hughes.

I can't believe he's not winning by a landslide. You guys know NOTHING about football management.

Would personally like to see Arteta get the job. .

I can see that going terribly wrong considering his experience and gentle persona. We need someone with some fire in his belly if we're going to face another relegation battle. Someone who's going to get the team riled up. We've had too many nice guy managers (Hyppia, Garcia, Slade, Hughton) Time we brought in someone a bit tougher.
