I think this gives good insight in to the recruitment industry but most importantly, how not to behave.

Industry is rife with morons. I’m sure he won’t be, but just to be on the safe side.

Update on this. Beach Hut junior starts working for my company on 20th August.

And I didn't even have to pay NSC to advertise this time...

We recruit the Drs that work on the clinical trials and monitor the patients.

I'll let you into a little secret- I was drunk on holiday when I wrote that. I woke up the next day and thought "Oops. I guess I'd better interview him then". So I did, and he did really well, so here we are. Good on him.
