I think its great that grandad's everywhere have access to an unadulterated pornography, old BG must be having the time of his life.... apart from when it comes to paying the bill.

Is it worth having quality permanent virus protection? Ask again in 15 days when your free trial expires.

In my view, it’s essential.

Malwarebytes is not an AV product, it is an anti-malware product. You should ideally have AV software running permanently and then, depending on your activities, run Malwarebytes every week or two to clear up any nasty little bits of Malware that AV products invariably miss.

YesI woke at 2.30 and looked to see it scheduled for 4.30 so didnt bother but I did go on to coolsportztv to see if they had it. What free AV do you suggest.

Its now working perfectly since the malware scan.

Everywhere
It was purely for research purposes.

You can imagine the whole scenario playing out. Instead of admitting that he had tried to get some dirty movies he played the deny all knowledge card. When the local paper came round after his wife kicked up a fuss he was truly done for.

Honestly, for you I would go on Amazon and buy a proper product - not a free one. I've been using Bitdefender for the last few years which has been much better than the usual suspects and not caused any slow down. You can usually get a licence which you can also install on up to 5 devices including your phone for around £25.

If you are doing online banking on the same machine you are using for online streams then the paid for AV products now usually include software to make this safer such as 'soft' keyboards and secure windows.

Turns out he was looking for muscular men wearing shorts..... can't think why.

When a casual conversation down The British Legion about ‘space docking’ gets out of hand these are the consequences my friends.

Just been on to Amazon and they have Kaperskey and Norton at a reasonable price are there any pros or cons about those that I should consider. Avast free is on my granddaughters laptop

Kaperskey not recommended as its Russian and some countries wont allow it, e.g. US. Norton tends to slow machines down but is comprehensive.
I use Bullguard and have done for the last 4 years. The internet security package is very thorough and with Malware Bites gives me all I need and I've had no problems for tonks.
However there are loads to plck from and most do a reasonable job.

I never pay for anti-virus, the free versions work well.

Even using Windows, you don't need an anti-virus to slow you down.

Basic Windows Security, clean regularly with CCleaner and do a monthly online free jobbie, Trend Housecall or Nod32.

Will get rid of the 'off piste' sites you might visit for recreational purposes BG.

Hi. Something similar happened to me some 5 years ago. The way I solved it was by contacting my virus/malware protector who were great but it did take a while and several calls all of which were toll-free. The more extreme solution is to buy another laptop. Good luck.

What about dosing it with TCP? That's good for infections!

Free AV software is okay but has its limitations and I don't think meets your need.

Bitdefender is less than £25 on Amazon for 5 licences for a year on a digital licence (They send you a link and software key so very quick) - https://smile.amazon.co.uk/Bitdefen...863&s=gateway&sprefix=bitdefen,aps,195&sr=8-3

That is 50p per week to keep your computer clean - definitely worth the investment, especially if you are using stream for sporting events.

Norton is well known for slowing machines down as is McAfee. Kasperksy has mixed reviews. Mileoakman recommends Bullguard which has also had good reviews for speed and doing the job.
