It never ceases to amaze me that people would get caught out by this sort of thing, but the fact that they exist in 2019 tells you that they continue to work on a small minority. It’s a numbers game I guess.
To be fair, my missus is always asking me “does this email look genuine to you?”. The last one I saw literally kicked off with “Dear Costumer” as an opening gambit and it still didn’t click.
