And that's EXACTLY why I want Liverpool to win the league. Nothing to do with any allegiance, but it would mean a win or a draw for the Albion. I was thinking before the game how Liverpool seem to be grinding out a few results and wondered if they might get done by Wolves on Sunday. Last night's result changed my perception.

Wasn’t deliberate on the part of the ball boy, but the Barca players totally switched off and didn’t realise a ball had been quickly placed in the corner (they saw the other one bouncing off the pitch). Brilliant thinking from Alexander-Arnold and a quality finish from Origi (given he wasn’t looking either when the ball was first hit to him)

I'm not judging either way before anyone jumps on me, it's just a point of interest that I've never seen happen like that before.

They have multi-ball in every league except the English leagues. Gets the game restarted quicker but does mean some teams get caught napping.

Agree - The Barcelona defenders were actively grouping for the corner, then switched off when Alexander Arnold appeared to walk away from the corner as if he was going to let someone else take it, that quick change of mind was what caught the defence out, not the ball boy!

No problem not seeing the game live, but there should be a highlights show. Uefa care far more about dosh than people actually being able to watch the games. To not even allow free-to-view highlights is perverse. Sport of the people, eh?

The only way 4th placed don't qualify for the CL is if the winners of both the EL & CL finish outside of the top 4 - we can only have 5 teams in the CL so 4th place would miss out if that was too happen.
