And thats who's fault? I think that comment says it all:facepalm: PLAYERS SEEM TO DO MUCH BETTER ON LEAVING???

Absolute rubbish. Murray was dreadful last season, I don't recall many threads like this then.

The amount of chances Palace create playing with two wingers and a more direct style is bound to create goals.

Murray wouldn't score 30 goals for us due to the way we play. Palace play with wingers and high tempo where as we don't. Therefore Murray going isn't the reason we are not going up, get over it!

How many more times are people going to keep on about a player WHO DIDN'T WANT TO STAY!!!!!!!!!

How difficult is that to understand?

Silly old bat
is that the same Murray that was shit last season? so how do you know from two seasons ago that it would have worked out well? TWO SEASON AGO. time to get over it?

Freedman didn't get Murray to play at his best, it's only since Holloway took over that Murray has done well. Holloway does well with strikers, just look at Dobbie and Phillips.

Murray has been to watch Mile Oak a lot recently. Think he knows someone who plays there through his girlfriend. He usually goes when palace aren't playing on a Saturday. Wonder if he will be there this week. Might need to Get him injured before Sunday.

Failure to be promoted will cost us how much 50,60 or 70 million plus another two years of parachute payments, looks like the extra murray was said to want would have been a bargain:facepalm:
Some ones arrogance has cost us dear???

Yeah, and what about letting Lawrenson go when we got to the promised land?. We could still be in the top flight and won the FA cup if we'd turned Liverpool down and kept him. How many more millions have we lost?

He might score 20 though. And if we hadn't foolishly let him go we might not have dicked about with this bollocks lop sided Ashley Barnes left wing nonsense, we could have carried on where we left off with him but replacing Buckley with Bennett.

Its not hindsight many of us said at the time it was a mistake to let him go. He has skill, finds space in the box and unlike Barnes or CS, he can finish. The goals he scored last season were in a side with no service. When he has service whether at Brighton or them lot up the road, then he bangs them in. Poyet has created the best midfield in the division and he should be applauded for that, but goals win games, and it was a mistake but that is football. When Poyet learns how to find a forward (which Im sure he will), then he will be a superb manager, instead of the pretty good manager that he is now. No need to get rid, but yes he made a mistake.
