How would we know what you've read?
If you did, then you are reading some very dubious sources and should probably look elsewhere for your news coverage. The 'incident' was reported to the police by three different members of the public, independently.

That is what they are saying was a put up job by the 3 as the police saw nothing wrong and took no action. Any body can phone 999 and say they heard something and are concerned. The police will then arrive to check it out especially for somebody in his position.
That's as maybe but it hasn't stopped Fake Boris in the White House from denying everything when confronted with similar stuff concerning his women friends.
