Hopefully not. He chose the big fish/small pond approach last time. If he is as good as the £22m valuation being banded about suggests, then we are the small pond this time and in the driving seat should he repeat the strategy.

Even if he does turn us down again, we now know for certain that we are looking for this type of player and we are armed with a decent budget. The downside to this is we will be inundated with made up tabloid rumours and it won't be long before we are linked with everyone from YaYa Toure to Jack Grelish.
