So in less than an hour you’ve gone from 3 months down to a few weeks......

He was indeed helped off, but however bad the injury that would have been to keep any weight off the ankle after rolling it. He screamed when it happened - but then a bad ankle stain hurts like a ******* when you do it (done it a few times running). None of us know how bad it is (CH doesn’t even know yet). Could be anything from a few days to several months (even excluding and setbacks during rehab).

Good luck to the fella, he was starting to prove useful.

Really, REALLY tight bandage, and crack on...

My view was that if it took a couple of weeks in a boot plus time to recover like Kane at Spurs it would be in the regions of 10 to 12 weeks before he was back to fitness and with only about 11 weeks of the season left it would be unlikely he would be risked unless we were desperate. We are all obviously hoping it was just a turning the ankle and he will be back for Leicester or soon after.

Normally some news is available 3/4 days after the event. Maybe the current silence speaks volumes and it's a longer spell out
Or the club are having trouble digging a hole 6 feet deep.

Kane is possibly back this weekend. 1 month after his ankle ligaments injury.

It's a shame even if he was out for 2 or three games. I'm probably in the minority here but I thought his recent performances were the start of something really positive for his season. I am sure there is much more to come from Jurgen but any set back will put him back to a squad player breaking into the first team playing himself into form......again. Shame for the lad I thought he was beginning to grow into The Premier League type of player we all expected when we splashed the cash on him.
I sure it will all come good but now he has to more or less start again.

So let's get this straight.

The club have been silent about the extent of Locadia's injury.
Based on absolutely no knowledge of the injury, how or where it occurred.
We've had a diagnosis and recovery time.
Which in turn has been based on a Spurs player (who'da thunk it)
Who, somewhat complicating the issue might possibly play this weekend.
6 weeks ahead of a schedule that didn't exist.

I'm glad that's all cleared up.

No further news on Jurgen then I realise they are all in Spain but The Argus isnt. As regards Kane he was sent to USA for specialist treatment, as he is a vital cog in their team but would we do the same if needed to speed Jurgens return.

Sent to USA and watched the superbowl....must have been intensive. (reuters said to recover, no mention of intensive treatment Dr BG)
