I suppose that having both parents born in the Garw valley, I should say "How Green Was My Valley", but virtually everything about this Oscar winning film is complete fantasy. No Welsh actors - ridiculous Irish accents. Totally unauthentic exterior and interior locations.
So Citizen Kane it is, with Maltese Falcon a close second.
