The Argus now go out of their way to intentionally produce daft headlines as they now know they've achieved a certain cult status.
One of the billboards in the link was actually based on a story I supplied the Argus but I can't say which because of the legally compromising way I obtained the story...

Under today’s Argus headline about a proposed housing scheme in Hove, there was this comment. Is it a sly dig about AIDS deaths in the city not meeting expectations in reducing population?
