Stunned he hasn't gone TBQH, but I'll swoop in and grab him. He's played for 3 different clubs and was sold for 10 million, the guys a legend at numerous clubs and scored for fun everywhere he went.

Next up for Team Viper

Chris Sutton

I was looking at him a while ago, I was put off by his Chelsea record, 1 goal in 28 games

Anyway, this pick is in my humble opinion an absolute beauty. 70+ international caps, promotion, relegation, 3 clubs. This fella was a joy to watch, it brings me great pleasure to introduce Paulo Wanchope.

Having a real Heart or Head moment, very split between two players.

Think I'll go with my head. Filling the current player gap, it's Gary Cahill
Rohana, crack on :)

Adding another striker to my squad, however he can play as a second striker or winger too. Over 100 goals for English clubs, He fits in to a TONNE of categories, and was a deadly double act with my other striker. It's Eider Gudjohnsen.

My first substitute can play anywhere across the back four and offers a huge physical presence while still being very fast. Should be useful if I need to defend a lead and want to go more defensive.

I've just thought of a player, who once named will be ridiculously obvious. Someone who, had they been thought of, should have been drafted within the first 5 rounds. Quite why no one has thought of him yet, I have no idea, but fits nearly all of the boxes, and will be an astonishing addition to my side should he not go before.

Meant to reply earlier but was on the move. Nice pick, made me feel very nostalgic.
I was taken along to Anfield to watch Liverpool v Derby, it was when Wanchope was in his prime, the game was basically McManaman having a go down one wing and then 'Chope having a go down the other , no idea what the score was but it was bloody good fun to watch.

Oh the drama! I bet it's a striker, am I right, am I right?

Getting harder to pick now, there seems to be two camps of players available excellent players who only played a few games or journeyman 'meh' picks! I have decided to fill my bench with neither but instead going to pick crowd pleasing players I would want to see.

Up first to cover for my strikers, there are great scorers of goals, scorers of great goals and while this fella has certainly done that he is also a scorer of goals at great times, scoring the winners in two championship play off finals generating over £200m on his own.

In a competition of Brighton fans devising teams to be voted on by other Brighton fans, someone had to pick him......

No name needed...... Number 25.
