A bit pointless sacking Chris and then having Bruno as part of the coaching staff. We need to be investing in managers and coaches with experience and a track record.

Why on earth would you appoint someone with no experience in said role? If we're so desperate to employ a former Brighton player in a senior role why not promote Liam Rosenior who at least has done his badges and has a years experience coaching with the U23s!
