Surely he`ll have to clear the little wooden sheds scattered around..Perhaps a world class Golf resort. Sea will be heated and sand flown in from the sahara. Sounds Great.

The CT view would be that he is playing up to this so that he can use ill health as an excuse not to run if it looks likely he won't win a 2nd term, and he can also use it to help with the deluge of SDNY charges on the way.
Whatever happens, I'm confident he won't see proper punishment for his crimes.

He needs to be sectioned. I don't understand why people aren't stepping in an sorting this out- he is a very ill man, and it will only get worse.
I don't really get this anymore. People watch it and him like it's all a bit of a comedy or freak show, that it'll all be over soon like a weird dream. But he's actually clearly suffering from a number of illnesses and mental health issues. For some reason we all just think 'that's Donald!', but imagine someone you knew behaving like him? He needs help!
(Not that i am sympathetic to him in any way, just struggling to understand how this is carrying on)

dementia is clutching a bit. he really thinks these things, just doesnt have the intelligence to not say them publicly, surrounded by people that advise poorly and dont stop him. his ego says he got elected being controversial, so carry on.
Perhaps those who could do so are using him for their own means as long as possible?
I agree though, it is bizarre. He is one of the strangest celebrities there has ever been.

You can bet your life that, either in or out of office, assuming he's still considered sane enough to bear a grudge, that he'll be back for another go at buying Greenland. For no other reason than he got laughed out of town first time. That's the pettiness of the man.
That's always the conundrum isn't it? Is he mentally ill and in need of help and support, or is he simply an asshole who deserves a metaphorical kicking till he's hounded out?
Sometimes, with some people, it can be hard to decide.

Unquestionably both. ********s can get dementia. or have psychosis or whatever. He needs a good beating (while he can remember it) and then to be locked away. Either way he should be dribbling in a hospital.

I have a feeling that most celebrities are either deeply insecure people who want to be adored (the saddest but the nicest kind), or are narcissists who use charm and faux empathy to maintain their status, or narcissists who absolutely don't give a shit about anything other than what they can grab, and just lash out for a few seconds at anyone who challenges them, then move on as if nothing happened.

Dementia is not clutching a bit. There are lots of signs. Trump is just a puppet for those pulling the strings but he is showing too much deterioration for them now.
