[MENTION=31]El Presidente[/MENTION] Don't Palace have a bit of a financial hole to fill? With current wages and commitments on previous purchases, don't they HAVE to sell someone to balance the books? Sadly, AWB is the wrong choice really, since his wages were very modest in comparison to others.

I can't see Zaha going anywhere. The money in football is so mad now, that it's created a weird middle-market tier of 'unbuyable' players who are worth way more to their current club than any prospective buyer will pay. £100m for Maguire. £80m for Zaha. £60m for Hudson-Odoi.

Wan-Bissaka going for £45m+ is a perfect example. If anyone came in for Dunk, he may be older than AWB but he's got 200+ senior appearances and an England cap, we could easily ask for the same sort of money.

Thats money that no other similar sized club could afford, and the top 6 won't pay for a player who is unlikely to be first pick.

Realistically they have to sell before they can buy as Zaha, Benteke, Sakho, Meyer are all on more that £100k a week.
