Somebody tell me: what has Dominic Calvert-Lewin ever done to justify being in the U21 squad? Or the Everton squad, for that matter.
If he was doing what he does for Everton while playing for Burnley, or Watford, or us, he'd never get picked. That's three decent chances he's biffed so far. Inexplicable selection. I accept Tammy Abraham has only succeeded at Championship level, but at least the lad's been bang on form.
