We were recommended Wilson as well when he was at Coventry and scouted him a number of times and another player rejected by the team although it wasn’t quite so in depth 4 years ago. People looking at figures and stats rather than actual potential that scouts and others can see. Not a fan of such a system.
Whoever thought Brooks wasn’t a PL ready player needed shooting. 7 goals 5 assists from RM in his 1st season all because some of his numbers didn’t tick the right box we didn’t look to get him.
James value is going up and up. Not sure we would get him now anyway as we will most likely be priced out.
