Yes.
There was an infamous incident where a player gave his heart monitoring device to his girlfriend to wear at the gym so he didn't have to go.
Fined when they got the results back.
I'd be absolutely amazed there was a drinking culture at the club under Bloom. If players have been spotted in exclusive nightclubs it's simply an excuse for said poster to tell inform everyone they were there as well.

I'd say their main responsibility is to themselves in the end. If you've got role models like Bruno and Murray around you, both playing well into their mid-thirties in the top division, and you still can't see further than your next night on the town, then, yeah, go for it, then wonder where it all went.

Knocky looks fatter this season.
As you say, it’s a rumour, no facts to back it up. The players each face a million pound a year pay cut if the Albion are relegated, they’re not out on the lash all the time as they’re not that stupid.
