I buy a newspaper from an old guy by the subway where I live. He must be in his mid 70's, still there this morning - that's what I call hard core

Negative 35 with wind chill here Wednesday and Thursday. It was brutal. The dog looked at me with crazy eyes when I went to let her out Wednesday morning. This is my second Polar Vortex - the first one I lived through we had 85 1/2 inches of snow that Winter and I shoveled it all.
