So, to confirm the current state of play:

ALBIONALEX - 1 pick remaining
FRUTOS - 1 pick remaining
THE_VIPER - 1 pick remaining
JOLOVEGROVE - 1 pick remaining
GAZWAG - 1 pick remaining
JAY CARTWRIGHT - 1 scheduled pick remaining, 2 previous picks still outstanding
MATTBACKHOME - 1 pick remaining
GUY FAWKES - 1 pick remaining
SHAOLINPUNK - 1 pick remaining
REINELT12 - 1 pick remaining
PAULDCPFC - 1 pick remaining
GULLFLYINGHIGH - 1 pick remaining
MOGGY - 1 pick remaining
TURIENZO'S LOVECHILD - 1 pick remaining
HAMILTON - 1 pick remaining*
STRIPEYSHARK - Complete
SHATNER'S BASSOON - Complete
ROHANA - Complete
TOMFITZ12 - Complete

*= currenly active drafter

So we have 4 completed teams and Hamilton is currently eligible to complete his. The only potential stumbling block is Jay Cartwright who could well have 3 picks outstanding after everyone else has finished their teams at the current rate. Rohana, what is the process if that does happen?

You've missed GARRY NELSON'S LEFT FOOT.

I'm going all out attack.

My last pick makes up my final 3-4-3 formation.

It is FRED or Frederico Chaves Guedes.

He has won Ligue 1 with Lyon 3 times and presently plays in his native Brazil. He was the first striker to be selected for the Brazilian squad by Scolari. He alongside Aguero and Doumbia is going to bang in goals aplenty for my Hiddink inspired team.

Ah bugger. Just seen that Garry Nelson's Left Foot is still to go.

I'm hoping sportsmanship will prevail and he won't pick FRED.

My thought process at the moment is:

Give him 24 hours from the last pick. I'll message him during that time too. If he still doesn't reply then we'll either

A) Somebody takes his remaining picks and we continue as if it was a normally completed team.

B) We disqualify his team.

C) Same as option A but we use his team for the sub-category voting (Best defence, Best attack etc), then when it comes to the world-cup type vote at the end we replace his team with a "Not-Picked XI" which we could thrash out between us.

Not sure which at the moment, depends on what you lot think really.

my final pick is my manager. He has an impressive honours list including: 4 Coppa Italias, 3 Serie A titles, 1 Premier League titles, 1 FA Cup and a Turkish Cup. He manages outside the top 5 leagues as he is Galatasaray manager. He is Roberto Mancini

Category 1 - Has played at least 200 times for one club.- Jesus Navas
Category 2 – Has made over 70 International appearances- Andres Iniesta
Category 3 - Has never played at a World Cup- Marco Reus
Category 4 - Plays/Manages outside the “top 5” leagues.- Roberto Mancini
Category 5 – Has been the top goal scorer in a top-flight season- Klaas- Jan Huntelaar
Category 6 – Played football in at least 4 different countries- Victor Wanyama
Category 7 – Has been relegated during his career- Glen Johnson
Category 8 – Has played in a Champions League Semi-Final/Final- Roman Weidenfeller
Category 9 – Is under 24 years of age.- Luke Shaw
Category 10 - Has won a league title with 2 different clubs- Luisão
Category 11 – Is over 30 years old.- Xavi
Category 12 - Has faced Brighton at some point in his career- Yohan Cabaye

It is obvious where my strengths lie, and that is in attack. I have paid absolutely no attention to defence so expect plenty of 7-6 thrillers when Team Turienzo come to town

Personally, I'd be in favour of option a), it would be a shame to disqualify the team as some effort on his part has already gone in. Get those gaps filled and then off we go!

My final pick fills my midfield adding a real attacking option.
Drafting in my first player from the African nations is an Egyptian who started to shine a couple of years back while at FC Basel.

Category 2 – Has made over 70 International appearances - Batien Schweinsteiger
Category 3 - Has never played at a World Cup - Mohamed Saleh
Category 4 - Plays/Manages outside the “top 5” leagues - Raúl
Category 5 – Has been the top goal scorer in a top-flight season - Robinho
Category 6 – Played football in at least 4 different countries - Diego Godin
Category 7 – Has been relegated during his career - Joan Capdevilla
Category 8 – Has played in a Champions League Semi-Final/Final - Sergio Ramos
Category 9 – Is under 24 years of age - Julian Draxler
Category 10 - Has won a league title with 2 different clubs - Thiery Henry
Category 11 – Is over 30 years old - Gianluigi Buffon
Category 12 - Has faced Brighton at some point in his career - Arsene Wenger

Your final pick then gullsflyinghigh
