If it was possible to simply implement the first referendum, why hasn't it happened in 3.5 years ?
There is certainly something simple about your first sentence

You do understand that Parliament and the Government are two different things ?
If not, I can see where some of your confusion may lie regarding Brexit

Reckon the Supreme Court QC for fund manager Gina Miller (who started furiously scribbling notes at that point) said that you don't need to suspend parliament for five weeks due to an impending Queen's Speech. Could be the argument that swings the verdict in the end.
