Fountain is now the Assembly and the Thieves is the Vinters parrot.

Havne't been out there since moved up north, I thought it was fine for a ight out though when i lived there could've grown up in a worse town, Littlehampton springs to mind.

Nestling in green nowhere
Used to live in Worthing and my Dad still does.

Fave pubs: Old days)

Egremont
Royal Oak
Selden
Jonesys wine bar!! (was the 80's)
Fountain

these days only really use the Cobden and meet my dad at the gloryously mysogynistic Offington park Club.

Was Cloisters and about 10 years ago was the place to go - fell on hard times and drug probs - when the clientele would have looked more at home in Brixton ( very rare for Worthing) Reopened afew years back now called the Church - not bad but will never reach the hieghts of Cloisters in it's hey day.

I've always found the George and Dragon a bit cliquey.
