I called the number on the thread in question and it is not a 'Jill Burt'. The lady who answered the phone, quite elderly sounding and well spoken, does not live in Falmer any more but she does know of a 'Jill Burt'.
She was somewhat upset to be receiving a call from a stranger as her number is ex-directory.
