What makes Brighton special ...

Is there any other city in the world that has named ANYTHING after Prince Petr Kropotkin?

We have a BUS dedicated to the great Russian anarchist and former resident of Chesham Street, Kemp Town and Rottingdean.

That is pretty cool, I'm with you there Mr B. Which other genuinely cool people have our buses been named after?

Certainly not! Bus spotting is one rung up the evolutionary ladder from trainspotting.
No it isn't! We're far superior to you bus boys.

Great to see Oliver Bullied has a bus named after him. The 'Battle of Britian' class, now they were PROPER locomotives.

Trainspotters get arrested too you know! It's just that it tends to be for things not quite so glamorous (or even as wholesome)as spying.

Connections with Brighton and Hove : To celebrate the Queen’s Golden Jubilee two buses were painted in a gold livery in 2002, in January 2003 bus renamed Bride & Groom.

f***ing great connection!

They may as well name a bus after Sarah Brightman. At least her surname sounds like Brighton.
