Really?! Our form over the end of last season and start of this suggests otherwise somewhat!

I was responding to a comment regarding Leaders In The Dressing room.

Our leaders are 'aging' and I'm fearful they won't be replaced.

Seemingly just me, but I find Arteta's team talks incredibly cringey.

Almost David Brent at times.

Could not agree more. Shouty psycho-babble to an audience with an attention span of 3 seconds. I was amazed at the drivel he comes out with and even more amazed that no one said 'this is drivel'. Although someone did take the piss out of his rub hands confidence bubble routine.

Thanks god at last - because I have watched all the episodes so far and I feel Arteta’s ‘life coach’ talks are frankly awful.

They are punctuated by dire cliches ‘this is your journey’ etc and the team look completely bored and uninspired.

If I was in the dressing room listening to his blue sky outpourings every week I’d just be thinking ‘PLEASE just SHUT UP AND LET US PLAY FOOTBALL!’

I was responding to that by saying our form and how we've taken some of the top teams apart suggests we have leaders on the pitch and not heading in that direction!

I get your point about slightly aging leaders though, but in Bloom/GP I trust :albion2:
