But it's SO early. How can you make predictions? That must have been written in June. You can't possibly know what's coming in the window, who will come in and who will leave. It's a blind prediction.

'When' doesn't really matter. Even if you wait until all the transfer business is done you don't know which transfers are going to be game-changers and which will be flops. How many would have predicted that Lukaku would be one step up from useless at Chelsea? How many would have known how well Cucu was going to adapt to the PL?
