Haven't used eBay for ages but recently splashed ot recklessly and purchased a hand held mini vacuum cleaner for around £16.
Duly arrived but found it to be faulty. Returning item for replacement would, I naively thought be straightforward - Wrong!! Their website looks as thought it should be straightforward: clicking on the "Return the item for refund..." suggests I look in my purchase history but on doing this there is nothing there!
Advice welcomed.
