As they title suggests Bet Bull are closing down (following Novibet and Mansion Bet in recent months)

I only used them when they got in touch with me with big offers.

I can't help but feel partially responsible (gambling).

That’s a shame. Good idea but the app was so awkward to use & so many bets just weren’t there that in the end I stopped using it months ago. Obviously I wasn’t alone.

They recently completely updated the website and app. I guess it didn’t have the impact they were hoping.

They threw all their eggs into the social betting basket which Paddy Power weren't able to crack and soon shelved. BetBull are tiny in comparison. But they are owned by trigger happy Americans who do have deepish pockets but are rumoured to be looking to get out of the sports betting game completely (before it's really started in the US) as it's already cost them a fortune and they plain and simply can't compete in the marketplace. Said US sportsbook offering is in most states powered by BetBull technology so it is going to be interesting to see what happens over the coming weeks. Inevitable that a fair few jobs will be lost I suspect but hopefully it won't be a complete massacre.
