Who would you like to see at the Amex for the final preseason game??

Big European club?

Or a mid table European club??

Dortmund would be my choice

I’d like a European team who are slightly better than us, but not a giant. I want someone who will be a challenge, but also a team that we have a realistic chance of beating.

I’d love Ajax but it definitely won’t be them (or PSV) this year as they're facing each other in a cup competition.

It’s the weekend before Ligue 1 starts, so wouldn’t be surprised if it was someone like Lyon.

Brighton
Man City, it was one of the ‘add-ons’ as part of the Cucurella deal. *

* I retro posted this from two weeks in the future.

It won’t be a Bundesliga team as the first round of the DFB Cup is the same weekend.

On last year's standing we could end up playing Palarse.
Didn't they finish mid table last season :D

Before the pedants move in and spoil my fun, I still believe we are still part of Europe, geographically.

Valencia would be good.

I trade texts with an old mate during the football and Grand Prix seasons who is a Valencia and Alonso fan. It’s remarkable how our seasons mirrored each other, Valencia had a great start like us and also ended up 9th in La Liga. Perfect pre season imo

He was bombarding me with texts last night during the Montreal qualifying :lolol:

Albion is now his second team, which is nice, quite possibly because of Bruno, Vicente, Ryan and our strong Spanish influence recently.

Really? I can imagine a lower league club wanting such an add-on but there’s little benefit or value in this for Brighton.
