Is it a look at what might have happened if we’d appointed Tim Sherwood as manager?

Lucy Mangan was raving about it in the Guardian the other day. I'll have a watch when I'm back in England this summer.

Only seen first episode but looks really promising.

It's got a fantastic cast, including Brighton's very own Lesley Manville

For balance The Telegraph gave it 5/5 and The Times 4/5.

I haven't looked at the comments section of The Mail or The Express but I really hope they hate it.

Just watched episode 2 and the plot is thickening nicely.

Joanne Froggatt also makes good viewing ...

The first two episodes have been very good. Manville is brilliant in almost everything she does, the whole cast is a who's-who of English TV.

Expecting Stephen Graham to crop up very soon :lolol:

Turning out to be an impressive drama.

Lesley Sharp was the person I was expecting to see ... turns out she's not in it, don't know she missed out :lolol:

Just watched the first episode so I'm not reading recent posts to avoid spoilers. Looks great so far.

I wish Dave would deal with the grey under roots, though. Not a good look.

Glenister looks really fit, as the older brother of the Glennister I thought I'd been looking at.

Just seems to get better and better, hope the last two episodes aren't a dissapointment. Hopefully no more mentions of Notts Forest.

I can't believe that the miners strike was 38 years ago or that my children, in their 20s, knew next to nothing about it!
