There are many different versions of this one that he’s performed - it was originally on ‘Lucky Town’ - there’s a great version on ‘Live in Dublin(The Seeger Sessions)’ but this one is fantastic imo

Typical Springsteen. He has written some truly beautiful songs, some amazing lyrics but man I cannot stand this type of performance from him (no offense, just personal taste). Cringeworthy. The original album track is still the best version imho. Wonderful love song.
