Bet it’s at the Amex. Would be great if it’s nearer me! The friendly a few years back near Le Havre was great. A friendly against them or Caen would be ace

I went there with my first wife about 30 years ago and I’m not sure I’d want to repeat that experience - on or off field

By that reckoning one could imagine that any side we ever played in a pre-season work out was because we were about to sign the opposition's star player.

Sadly that's very rarely ever the case.

I think the footballing hierarchy would have to totally implode for that to happen. Leicester gracing that tournament a few seasons ago truly was a miracle that l will never see again in my lifetime.
