Him and Lawro won't be blagging a living from the tax payer going forward so who cares less!
Five players from 2nd place Liverpool and only three from City. I suppose Liverpool have done better in the cups, but still it feels unbalanced.

It's a hugely impressive team and it would be very tough to come up with a rival team to finish above that side. As nice as Eriksens story has been and his performances have been hugely impressive I can't be having a player who has only really played for a third of the season, that would be my only criticism.

A team of the year from outside the big six would be of more interest to me. The one that Crooks has picked isn't half as bad as I was expecting - even if the formation is off its head - albeit the Erikssen pick is a clear case of recency bias.
In a best of the rest team, there would be good cases for Cucurella, EarlySeason Dunk, Bissouma & Webster and Trossard even if I wouldn't expect to see all of them in the team.
