Sure Duffy will leave? I'm not, unless on loan. He's got one year left on his contract, and I don't believe he'll get anything better than Championship level now - which would mean a considerable pay cut.
Financially for him the best thing would be to see out his contract here for one more year - the only other way out of the Albion will be if he goes on a loan where we don't pay all of his wages.

It’s a ridiculously large squad when everybody is back, especially considering the strength of our youth teams even without the loanees. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s quite a big cull amongst the fringe youngsters- cut price moves aplenty.

Good luck getting a good price for out of contract Cochrane (unless he's signed an extension) - and why terminate Connolly's contract? Spite? It won't save us anything as we'd have to pay it off - and he'd be a totally free agent with no chance of us getting a penny, either for a sale or for a loan.
