That won't matter. For the average man, the war is only ongoing as long as the media talks about it. Similar to Covid, war in Yemen or Boris being corrupt. Few people will give a shit once the headlines are gone, because that is how people function - they only give a shit about what they're told to give a shit about. If Amber Heard farted in courtroom the same day as Tesco ran out of Viagra due to some supply crisis, no one would mention Ukraine for a week.

Is there a way to dynamically load a banner, according to who the user is?

I don't mean anything elaborate. Just a Sweden flag for Swanny (so he can celebrate Sweden joining Nato), and a Ukraine flag for the rest of us, that's all.

Football is anything but football often as not these days and NSC should and does reflect this. I’d forgotten what the old banner looked like anyway!

The banner should be changed quarterly and NSC members should submit designs which are then voted on to decide the winner for that quarter.
