Given that by this point in the season the top 4 places are effectively a closed shop then securing a spot somewhere between 8th and 11th is a remarkable achievement. It feels like 4th > 7th in PL2.

Well, the table doesn't lie and we are currently the 9th best team in the land. Hoping we can stay there or possibly finish 8th. Think that'll pretty much confirm that we are just a couple of quality players light of being a side capable of challenging for a European place(Europa league). Obviously it depends on hanging onto our current crop which, by all rumoured stories is unlikely?

In previous seasons, we would have been down in the relegation scrap with Everton, Burnley and Leeds, looking over shoulders.

But not this season. This time, I'm looking at Leeds' defensive record. Goals conceded at 77 is 2.14 per game played.

Let's get that average up even higher.

After 20mins, Spurs have 85% possession and 8 shots. It’s wave after wave hitting Burnley’s low block. Surely a matter of time before they are breached.
