How do you upload photos onto here from a phone????

It's driving me mental:censored:

I've been pressing the little picture above the text box, choosing my photo and clicking on "upload" but I just keep getting an "upload of file failed" error message.

I'm trying to post on the gardener's thread but it's pointless unless I can get some photos on........

I've tried turning it off and on again and they're just jpeg files, what gives:shrug:

Nothing above 4.8mb.

Do I need to resize it? Don't even know if I can do that on a phone?

Probably need to resize it. Every time I've had an issue was because of the photo being too big.

Email the pictures to yourself on the phone, pick up the mail on a tablet, pc etc and simply link it from there (or edit/resize, if needed). Long winded, but it will work

Looks like it. Just downloaded a resizing app so I'll find out in a minute...

Firstly reset you telephone to the lowest picture quality.
It'll currently be on a bazillion mega thingies - but you ain't David Bailey, so go to the smallest settings.

After pic

When touching the pic, you'll be presented with a bazillion options for the shot.
Within all of those sections and subsections, quite near the front will be 'edit'.

That will let you trim the edges - do that then save it.

With a lower pixel rate and condensed frame you should be good to go.
