Asking for a friend as they don't like trains, and also if the Amex season ticket gives free bus travel?

Bus travel is covered by your match day ticket. As for the best bus there are a few options, where are they travelling from?

They are staying in a hotel near the pier, so they can get to the train station... Does a bus go from there?

The link seems to imply it’s 4 hours afterwards (9pm for a 3pm kick off).
