Now you've had the chance to digest yesterday's historic events what did you make of Boris Johnsons apology?

Of the opinion now that he is either a) dishonest and knew exactly what he was doing was wrong and didn't care, or b) was too stupid to know what we have doing was wrong. Sort of, to my mind, got to be one or the other as don't see a third option. Both, IMHO disqualify him from pretty much every senior role in every industry/company and especially as Prime Minister.

He’s definitely sorry, sorry he got caught….

Meant the apology IMO, because he was desperate…..

I hate to say, I disagree. I don’t think he gives a stuff about being caught. Caught by the plebs? The ghastly working man? The Met police who are frankly his Praetorian Guard? He couldn’t give a sideways fart.

He doesn’t care less what anyone thinks of him.

Or has he finally apologised to Stuart Collier for conspiring with the fraudster Marcus Guppy to have him assaulted? https://www.theguardian.com/politic...hnson-phone-call-darius-guppy-demands-apology

Oops, my mistake. Just noticed that the OP refers to yesterday's apology. Oh I'm sure that one was sincere. Whatever could ever make anyone think that he might be apologising to dig himself out of a hole that he dug with his own lies?

Anyone else with his history of lying would be on the streets by now.

As with pretty much everything else that comes out of his mouth, I don't believe a word of it.

What has he got to apologise for? He has done exactly what it said on the tin.

The majority voted for his party and they got what they voted for.

Living on the international stage I would say that voting for Brexit did a fair bit of damage in this regard.

Surely no one actually believes anything he says? It is a bizarre state of affairs that honesty in politicians is a weakness.
