“ Sounds a bit like a modern day Eton Rifles. The poshos getting a good ruffing up by the "street" locals.”

“ Police said that people leaving an exclusive private club in Brighton could become victims of crime if it was granted a 2am licence.”

I'm guessing that the food and drink prices will mean most people will have been a victim of crime before they leave the venue.

Do they serve Harvey's?

"The new House is located in a Grade II-listed terrace overlooking Brighton beach, providing space for members to eat, drink, socialise and work, including event spaces, a terrace pool looking out to sea, a club space with a bar and Club Cecconi’s restaurant serving northern Italian dishes."

Just pizza and ice cream by the sound of things. I might take my kids.

Isn't the above describing a typical youth hostel, but with foreign flavvers

A grand a year for to be a member of a club where the poors aren't let in and you can sip on your 12 quid Moretti in peace?

Sounds just like the 1901 club but without having to watch the Albion lose! I'm in!

Apparently you get a discount on membership fee if you’re under 26!!!!!

Quite a substantial one too.

Shame, I’m only 27 years out.
