[Misc] Help managing a house sale/purchase and move

Afternoon!

As a distraction from whats going on up North (sigh), I'm trying to find out if a service exists. My OH and I are thinking about moving, but for a number of reasons it would make things easier if someone could help us manage the sale and purchase process and do the chasing/organising of agents/solicitors etc etc.

Anyone know if that sort of service exists and if so how to find it? I'm guessing maybe not as I've done some googling and haven't found it but worth an ask of the collective knowledge of NSC

Assuming you’re happy to pay a fee I’d contact one of the Brighton & Hove “Search Agents” , I’m pretty certain that they’d be happy to organise the related sale of yours and do all the liaising with the agent, help you find a suitable home and deal with the negotiation and then recommend a suitable conveyancer and deal with them on your behalf.
