Presume low probability given how the Livramento saga turned out.

Also interesting that the article mentions Zac Sturge - I had not heard the Chelsea part of this rumour!

"Chelsea also attempted to sign Zak Sturge from Brighton in January but he looks set to move to a club in Germany."
